I have become very fond of this Missionary Elder. He comes to my home to visit me. He is such a sweetheart. When he comes over with his partner I can't seem to get my eyes off him. He is so sweet to look at. He will sometimes come and sit next to me and show me scriptures in the bible. How can I signal to him that I like him when I know he can't have physical contact with a woman? Even though he's a mormon and I'm a catholic I really do feel for him.

Missions don't last forever. Young men typically serve a 2-year mission between the ages of 19-21.
Ask him where he's from and how mush time he has left on his mission. Above all: respect his current objective: Serving a mission in the name of Jesus Christ. Respect that and he'll very much appreciate it and respect you all the more. After his mission is complete he can date and/or marry whom ever he chooses.

Guess what? Mormon missionaries are just that, they are missionaries.

Mormons have rigid views on how to life and their church (ward) is everything. If you are really interested in him, go to the ward services, get to know the community, and be prepared to convert.

Eventually, you will find out everything there is to know about this Elder, where his family lives, etc. But you need to understand the Mormon missionaries are 19-22 (three years of voluntary services) and they return to their homes.

You may not be able to "touch" him, but they all have e-mails and you can definitely write. Just remember, if he is in your area, go to his ward and get to know him social. If he is out of your area, e-mail him and stay on topic: how is he doing, what are the people life, does he ward remind him of home, etc.

Once he has completed his mission, he will return to his home. He may or may not have a girl friend, but if he does, she will be Mormon. So if you want a relationship, you begin by becoming Mormon. Good luck.

Can Mormons get married or have relationships. I know some who are married. Is he already married? Is it because you two have different religions or would it just feel weird. Just ask them about their dating policy/standards and tell them you are looking for a good, moral mate. Plus you could convert if necessary.

It's a lost cause. He can't do anything with you. Sorry.
