We have Sprint in Ohio and service is very good.
A few years ago they had blank spots because a few local universities gave exclusive contracts to other phone companies and removed their Sprint towers, taking sections of the city out with them, not to mention making the campus blind to Sprint calls.
Those spots are covered now, not sure how.

yes, i am also in cally. my sprint service started dropping calls a lot when they merged with nextel. they say i need a new phone because the network has changed but that seems bogus to me since my phone is only a couple years old. you might want to look for a new service. i have heard good things about verizon...

I had Sprint 3 years ago, and the service was so bad I fired them. Been with T-Mobile since then, and love it.

YES!!! do you live in california too? about five hours ago mine stopped working. it barely gets a signal, and when it does, ANY calls i make only give me a "all circuits are busy" message. and the same thing happens to people trying to call me or other people i know on sprint. this is weird. i've never had a problem before.

I got Sprint for United flight mileage. Their service is complete sh*t. When my contract is up, I will move on. My phone works fine in my car, but anywhere else, you know, when I am not moving, it's complete crap. I hate it. Sprint sucks a*ss.
