If it's better to lie sometimes, what percentage of the time is acceptable? 10%? 20%?

sometimes there is a benefit in lying but the truth can never be kept a secret. Just be careful of the consequences.

If you can lie for a good cause do it. If you lie for pleasure, try to stop, get help. Most of the time, it depends on the situation. Follow you heart, you cant be wright or wrong all the time, after all people learns from mistakes.

Truth is based on factual information but honesty is based on integity. An honest person must sometimes adjust the truth to fit the situation. Reporting facts that escalate unnecessary conflicts or put others in danger is not a choice made with integrity.

It's better to tell the truth than to lie. But of course, for the benefit of all, one must resort to lying to "ease" the situation. Do what you think would be best, although personally, the truth will set you free.

At times you got to lie if its really all that necessary but think before you lie as it should be apt to your circumstances and if its really necessary otherwise be honest most of the time. No percentages dear for lie scale it all depends on situations and circumstances.

sometimes the truth hurts, only lie when you really, really need to spare the feelings of someone that you love. i think a very small white lie is ok, but dont go overboard, never elaborate. simple and to the point.

don't tell the truth in most of the times
if a person is chasing someone to kill and the person is hiding in your house don't tell to the person who is willing to kill.
Likewise you should not tell the truth.
But don't lie often.if you told a lie you may need more lies to hide your lie.
So,tell lie on sometimes.
