I had light bleeding in my 9th week of my third pregnancy. US was normal at the ER and my OB said he would have saved me the trip. According to him it can be normal to have mild bleeding. A friend of mine, also in her third pregnancy still had light periods for the last four months.

I would take it easy as much as possible. If bleeding increases or you experience cramping, then go to the ER, or call your OB.

I hope all goes well!!!

i have two kids but i never had that problem. my cousin did and every thing was fine. some times the cord can come lose just alittle and make u bleed. if your doctor did not put you on bed rest than u should not worry. ok. just e-mail me if u have any other questuons about this kinda stuff or go to babycenter.com

Get another doctor, sounds like a quack. If you are bleeding something is definitely wrong. If nothing else, go to emergency room.

I have bled during all of my pregnancies (I have 4 children). It can happen for a variety of reasons depending on how far along you are. If you are early it could be implantation bleeding.

they told you nothing?? did you tell them that you were bleeding?? what trimester are you in? i know that you can spot for a little while when you are first pregnant.

maybe you should get a second opinion about it. or go back to your doctor. but if he told you that everything was fine then it probably is.
