http://www.bme.com/ - an amazing place to check out other peoples tats, piercings, and really strange body modifications. I found my monroe piercing on there, and I found so many tattoos that I like that I can't make up my mind! :D

The best palce to look for a tattoo design huh? I assume you mean palace. I would check Madrid, they have some lovely palaces that you could get some inspiration from. Aranjuez is particularly nice, as is the Palacio Real. Maybe some of the architecture could be incorporated.

There is Plenty of art to be looked at in this world. What you put on you is personal. The design you choose should be something that is special to you , be it a person, an animal.. a symbol... once you have a base idea picked out.. think color. COLOR . I have nothing against blackwork at all.. but start thinking of colors... and it will grow .. communicate well with your artist. This person you are trusting to mark you for life. and as for where.. anywhere .. but think size. bigger is better for detailed designs.. if youre getting just a small one good places are ankle, shoulder , chest , thigh.
I could go on but Im not.. you get the idea I hope. Take your time and really think about it. Do you want to hide it or show it off most of the time? Cause its going to be there for awhile :)

My husband has a sleeve which is the conversation piece of everywhere we go. It contains flowers, a humming bird, a bumble bee, our childrens names, our anniversary date, our "special" number, a skull that supports his elbow, smaller skulls around the wrist, etc. It's sort of like a "find the hidden objects" in the tatoo. It is very beautiful--nothing tacky and a canvas that has taken about 20 years and lots of money. He plays music and is thinking about getting a "Rock 'n Roll" theme on his other arm of his favorite singers/bands: Jagger, Hendrix, Skynard, Zepplin, etc. Good look and be patient until you find the right thing--it's pretty permanent you know! Oh! Keep sunscreen on it daily---the sun is a tatoos worst enemy!

Go to tattoo's Unlimited Inc.
In MCcomb, Mississippi
You give them an idea of what kind of tattoo you want and they will draw it for you in a few days. If you like it they will give you that tattoo and never use it again. Your own personal tattoo.

Here is a good site i was given to go to...
www.tattoofinder.com
I also found heaps more sites by just googling "tatoo designs".
I am getting one soon next to my hip bone right below my stomach.. i think this is a nice area because only certain people will see it and you dont have to worry about aging!!!

If u like the patterns u do have to pay for them. But the best way is to shop around tat palors and ask for the artists artbook. That way u cn see how well they do the tats. U can also draw one up or talk to the artist. They'll be glad to help u..
