The Christian Science Monitor is actually a very good newspaper, with some of the best international news coverage in English in the world. It is published by the First Church of Christ, Scientist, which is based in Boston. That church is no more a cult than Methodists or Buddhists or any other religion is a cult.

Unlike other newspapers, which are owned by gigantic for-profit corporations, which have their own agendas in news coverage, The Christian Science Monitor provides independent news coverage. You can read it online and judge for yourself whether there is a bias toward religious beliefs or not.
