No. He was best known for his music. However, his music has suffered from declining record sales and budget overruns in recent years. He doesn't currently have a recording contract with a major label On April 18, 2006, Michael Jackson signed a management deal with English music producer Guy Holmes. Holmes is the recently appointed CEO of 2 Seas Records, with whom Jackson has signed a recording contract for one album. The album is set for a 2007 fall release. Teddy Riley will have a significant role in the album. However, 2 Seas Records is based in Bahrain.

Jackson is 48 which is an age that many performers find themselves on oldie radio. Further, he is unlikely to be the same drawcard as a touring artist that he would have been if he hadn't had his troubles.

you can never be sure... what can happen ,
probably ppl are going to welcome with open arms (loyal fans) when he come out with his album... i think all kind of things can happen in hollywood...
he definitely was a talented musician...
but the whole episode to do with some young boy , endup taking all the respest that i had for him...
personally , i know i won' buy his cd... (he was found innocent)
but i might listen to his music when he comes on tv and thats it...

his former glory is something difficult to reclaim because the things that happened in the past is there and in the former years , he didn't have such wonderful stories linked to him...

maybe his album might sell well...who knows.. because some of his songs were good...maybe it might hit #1 position on charts!

Of course, in places like Japan and Europe. In the US? No way. It won't happen. He's too crazy for ultra conservative America.

Honestly... i think his mind is too far gone to even contemplate it. I am someone who doesn't believe all the crap that's been said about him but i DO think he has gone a bit mental. Such a shame for such a HUGE legend!!

I don't think so. Besides, he is looking really bad off these days (besides his face). I can't picture him dancing around like the days of "Thriller."
