Where to buy this ringtone from the news - kids can hear but not adults?

Here is a link to a sample sound from NPR, who isn't likely to send malware with it. And a link to a page where you can select ringtones, depending on what kind of phone service you have.

I read that article too! It's very interesting. I am going to check back on this answer board to see if anyone knows where we can get that high pitched ringtone.
