Don't do anything yourself! Do not even try! My mom tried simply cleaning a PS2 with directions of the net and broke it. Let a professinal fix it. Take it to your local computer store or game store. or check the web. be low is a link to a really good search engine to try to find what you need.

Take a butter knife and shove it in the side of the cd tray and pry it out that's what I did

buy a playstation lol um there should be a hole near the drive just big enough to stick a safty pin into do this to open it

take a little knife or screwdriver and unscrew the screws and take the top off then get the game out

throw it against the wall...then put some butter on it and try to slide down a grass hill on it....then plug it back in and it will work perfectly

i wouldn't try to take it out.....you don't want to risk breaking it. Call customer sevice and ask them what to do
