The law is that everyone in every vehicle must stop for school buses flashing red lights.

postal trucks even contractor truck must obey ALL TRAFFIC LAWS the only other thing a postal truck can do is if the police attempt to stop the vehicle at night is keep driving with your four way flashers on untill you get to a well lit safe area for you to stop and you have the right to have the united states federal marshall's there due to the possibility of being hijacked.
