Depression alone is not always over a person or situation. My wife became ill with Schizophrenia 14 years ago and I have had to raise my son on my own. I feel sad when I think about her which is normal. It is OK to miss someone, but rather that go "How Awful, I feel depressed about missing this person", instead embrace your feelings and allow yourself to feel sad for a while. Just remember to look forward and not back and try to put things in perspective. Try to Heal yourself OK......Good Luck and feel OK!!!!

You go to a shrink and tell him your sad story. He can tell if you're depressed or not.

You feel sad and tired all the time. You can sleep all the time. And the only thing that you can think of is that person.
