You could be. But those are also symptoms of so many other things such as urinary tract infections and kidney stones(I have both at the moment and have the same things going on)
Try taking a pregnancy test or call the Dr. to find out for sure.

Sounds more like urinary tract infection. However, you better check whether you are pregnant. If you are, you need an immediate scan to check where the baby has landed itself (look for tubal pregnancy)

It doesn't hurt to be pregnant :) Symptoms would be more like nausea in the morning after two weeks along, sleepiness, tenderness in your chest and maybe a little bloating. Feeling overly emotional can also happen! *blush* :)
Cant hurt to check with your doc :)

yes they are called growing pains you get pains on the the sides of your somache and the dizziness is caused by the extra blood and the urination is caused by your stomache growing and its' hitting your bladder.
