how do I check to see if an e-mail is blocked by spam filters?

I want to check an e-mail to find out if a spam blocker is keeping it from going to the person that it is sent to.

In Y! webmail all mails that is thought to be Spam is stored in your BULK. But if you're a Forward or Y! POP3 member, one copy of that mail that is blocked by your local Spam Fitter may be deleted. Please check its log. but you can still read it/hem on your Yahoo webmail.
