How do I set up exchange / yahoo mail? I want to down load my yahoo mail to exchange?

Exchange is a server. If you are using Yahoo's mail servers to host your mail (provide your mail services) then you do not need an Exchange server. Perhaps you mean Outlook? If so, then you need to pay a fee for this--- in your Yahoo web client click on Upgrades and you will find all the details. It is about $20/year. You cannot make Outlook work with the free version of Yahoo.
