Usa and Italy played 4 times italy winned 3 times and they made a draw 1 times, now the total of goals. out of these 4 matches usa scored 2 goals and italy scored 10 goals.
But dont worry americans after usa have been defeated today 3-0 they are very angry and they might take that rage to italy.

I predict a 1-1 im not american or italian but it looks like italy has a greater chance of winning, but if usa say they can take on any team on the world, i cant wait to see this match.

Aside the fact of today' scores, USA has tactical problems. As I had predicted, restricting Donovan's play is controlling the whole USA Team and they will not have so many other solutions for a decent game (except for some Reyna play, yet he is too slow)
Italian forwards are far too fast then USA defense and USA forward will have very hard time to get trough the Italian defense (Nesta - Cannavaro)
The game will be very intense and USA should play at his best, otherwise they will be out!
On the other hand Italy will want to win, in order to reach the 1st position in their group to furthermore avoid Brasil in the second Round (if they win their group).
I think Italy will prevail, because of the power of its forwards and the solid defense.

Mark this answer down for future reference...The Sam's army will walk away victorious 3-0. Onyewu will score the first goal. Wolff will get in the game and play a very vital part in the US controlling the ball so that Italy can never get set up on offense. Keller will finally show up and not play timid like he did in the first game. (I honestly think he was hiding a sickness or injury because I have never seen him play that conservatively)

If you watched the Czech-Usa game you could see usa has absolutely no fire power. The Italians on the other hand have the tendency to play shakily in the first round. overall 3-1,2-1 or 2-0
