Is London airport that strict in pirated cd's? I don't have much just only about 5-10 pirated cd's..

if its on cds they cant prove its illegal they even have a hell of a timee proving its illegal if it on your comp really they cant enforce it it jsut to damn hard

There is a risk of an observant airport security officer locating the CD's, asking you to step aside into an office and likely subject to a higher level search and possibly legal arrest on contraband induction charges.
