hes just tryin to be cool. if he truly loves you he wouldnt say that. he would just say he loves you seriously.

it just a way for a guy to say see you later. It dosent mean that he loves you, dont get it confused.

It's his way of leading you on without actually having to say I love you, so you think he loves you but cant say he actually ever said it.
