for the dead shows, and now for phil lesh and friends, i always get mine through mail order from gdtstoo, or on line from phillesh.net. they have them available before ticketmaster, and great seats also. for other shows it's usually ticketmaster, but it is best to download and print the tickets in my opinion. try going through the websites of the bands you like, usually they have a presale of tickets that sell before ticketmaster has them available.

None of them are really. The return address will always say they are coming from ticket sales@ whoever. I would download them on line and then print them out. Ticketmaster allows you to purchase them and print them out. Good luck.
