when i boot up some advetisement wont let me do anything and the cursor starts jumping all over the screen , the start menu opens and close in all it just goes crazy plz help

Try starting up windows in safe mode and see if it does the same thing. If you can get to a point where you can run a adware/spyware sweep and virus scan you should be OK without having to do anything too drastic.
Hit F8 when booting up and select "safe mode"

try booting your pc in safe mode. press F8 when the pc starts to boot. hold it until a boot selection screen appears. select safe mode.
make a virus scan and a spyware scan then restart your computer in normal mode.

Try using safe mode (F8) with network connection. Get to the Internet, if you can while in safe mode. Go to lavasoft.com and get Ad-Aware then go to downloads.com and get Spy-bot Search and Destroy. Download them, update them and then run them in safe mode, make sure that you "immunize" with spy-bot do it a few times just to make sure. Reboot normally and see if that takes care of the problems.

If you still have your startup disks I would highly suggest reformating your hard drive partitions.

you need to format go to start > run > type cmd > that will bring you to the command prompt, then type format c: and reload your OS

you need to install spybot and ewido, you can get them both free from download.com, they should clean out all the problems, so you don't lose your files
