Milk, yogurt, cottage cheese, lean chicken, eggs, and a balanced, healthy diet. Good luck though...when your pregnant your body wants what it wants. I stopped at nothing to get chili cheese dogs, fried mozzerella, taco bell tacos and orange soda. I lived on it. I don't recommend that type of diet but I had two beautiful, healthy, 9.5 lb baby boys. The doctors and nursers gave both my babies an apgar score of 10/10 and they referred to my first as the "gerber baby". They are still very healthy and beautiful with no allergies... so go figure. Good luck with your pregnancy and taking care of yourself will keep you and your baby happy.

Chicken, turkey, dark green veggies and well-cooked seafood. These things will give you protein and other nutrients for you and your unborn- child and not put on excess weight. Good luck!

Egg whites, green veggies, nuts, peanut butter...SOME seafood...try and stay away from fish, especially canned tuna, because of the mercury levels...hope this helps!
