No they don't. They are so popular because the tobacco is such a high quality and because of their time honored traditions of rolling techniques. Due to the trade embargo against Cuba it is illegal to posses them in the United States. However they can still be found in other countries like Canada and Mexico. Just be sure you know exactly what you are looking for or you may get ripped off by a Havana cigar with a Cuban Label.
