I wrote a lot of essays in high school and in my junior year, my teach er gave us a great way to write them. Start broad and then get specific. Ex. , you are writing an argumentative paper. Start with a few general sentences and work down to your final sentence in which you state your position.. This way has always been very effectve in my use and I hope it helps you a bit. Good luck!
