Water spilled on it. Right after it got downpoured on, it would work fine but it wouldn't turn off without waiting quite a while and then there wasn't a screen. The buttons were working fine. After a few hours, it started to work with the screen but then it wouldn't turn on. Now the screen doesn't work and it doesn't turn on it just glows blue for a little bit then nothing happens.

Check the warranty that came with it and try to make a case to the Creative Support people to tell them that you should get a new one.

buy a new and take the ruined one back to the store =new one
