any antique dealers out there?

i have a question about an antique owl that i have..i purchased it at a flea market here in north central florida, im told that it is one of the last one's of it's kind and made in england...where would i go to get it appraised and find out the truth about it...Plus, does anyone else collect owls? and how many?
