I don't think so. I believe that people who do put alot of faith in god are giving the credit of their actions to another being. God didn't create or plan your actions- you did!

I believe that there most likely is some greater driving force behind our existence which people sometimes call god but it certainly isn't a tubby white haired old man sitting on a cloud, nor any of the other human, plant or animal images that people use to represent it. But if seeing god that way helps people find meaning in their lives and behave in a kinder way than they would otherwise then I really have no problem with that.
As a scientist i've simply found that there are some questions about the universe and life we simply can't answer right now as they are beyond our brains ability to comprehend, but i'll keep searching for answers.

If we say there is no god then:
We are at the greatest level of existance.
We are evolutions greatest creation.
We are the greatest power in the corner of the universe.

Not likely!!!!

It is also more likely that life was placed on the earth then it all happening by chance.

Imagine this, You are womanizer, murder, sinner, ...& etc. Say you DIE....and there's no god...fantastic,nothing happens..your body just gets rotten......................................................................................
WHAT IF GOD ACTUALLY EXCISTED.??????
Hell you go.....
Basicly, god and religion is just a guideline on how to live your life at this present world. Jesus said the greatest commandment of all is "LOVE THY NEIGHBOUR AS YOU LOVE THY SELF". Follow it and I think everything should go fine.

no gods here. everything humans do is thought of and done by humans. our greatest accomplishments (example: space travel and antibiotics) and our worst actions (murder and rape, for example) are all accomplished by humans and all though of by humans.
