I am a retired Chiropractor. Both types of practitioners have a place in modern health care. For optimal health care you might consider seeking care from both.
Think about this analogy. "Water or food - what is your preference?" Both would be best!

Chiropractor. Although, I've never tried acupuncture but I love my chiropractor.
