When I submitted a report, Microsoft denied it was their problem & suggested it was created by Yahoo! Inc. They said you (Yahoo) informed Microsoft that you have a solution for the problem. Where on this website do I find the solution. Does anyone know? My computer appears about ready to crash & I just bought it 6 months ago, any help would be appreciated - Thanks.

I don't know why this happens but I used to get the same notice long before I started using the Yahoo sites. I found that if I quickly unchecked the little box that says "microsoft will restart your computer" and then clicked the x in the corner of the box, nothing would happen and I could continue on. You have to be fast! I think it must be a virus though because I upgraded my security service, downloaded Spybot Search & Destroy and Adaware from Lava Soft along with Yahoo's Anti-Spy which got rid of a lot of spyware, malware and viruses, and I haven't had the problem since.

Does it have Service Pack 2 update installed? From Microsoft website. Install it. That very well could be the problem.

Have you tried reloading your soft ware or simply trying to do a cold boot, turn the PC all the way off and then turn it back on after everthing has stopped running .
