Does anybody know how to get started in the music industry???

I've sang in front of family, friends, done karaoke...now what should I do.....I know lots and lots of money will be involved but what do I do now????

ok first of all, what you do is continue to write your lyrics and practice them and see if you could record them on cds. You need to enter local and international talent search contests whenever you come across any. you should continue singing in Karaeoke who knows you may just get lucky one day.
