In terms of health, fast food is slowing all of us down. It's a great conributor to this country's problem with obesity.
A good book to read on this matter is "Fast Food Nation" by Eric Schlosser.

I think that fast food does get a lot or sometimes even too much advertisements. For example, McDonald's has even their restaurant in Barbie. Also they have playdough, a fake play cash register, and even on plenty of t.v. advertisements. And I do know that they use these things to entice people to come to their restaurant to eat and give them their money. I also know that their food has lot's of calories and fats and a whole bunch of unhealthy stuff in it and that it's just plain old unhealthy. Now, however I still don't think that the fast food people and/or the restaurants are the ones destroying us I think that if anybody if it's ourselves beacause even though the fast food restaurants have things to try to have us eat at their restaurants doesn't mean that we absolutely have to because we actually do have a mouth and rights so technically we can stand up for ourselves and say no that we do not want to go to the restaurants or eat fast food.

I think the majority of the food being served in fast food restaurants is "food" that we should not consume. However, we have to take responsibility for what we consume and bottom line, we are the ones keeping them in business! Something should be done.

Yes! The American lifestyle is so hectic, that no one sits down to eat a homecooked meal anymore. That's why the town of Carmel, CA completely banned fast food resturants.

Yes, it breeds laziness and tears the last bastion of family get-together; the table.
Not to mention most are unhealthy.
Not to mention it isn't budget friendly.
I am saddened by families who eats fastfood, day after day, night after night.
