why havent i receive an email from my contacts, and i cant receive messages either only from yahoo... why???

Either because no one has sent you anything, or the stuff they are sending isn't getting through, bouncing back to them moments later. This blocking could be for many reasons, the most common of which is that your email account is full or offline (expired) - either your using it too much or not enough lol. Good luck.
