To be honest, I didn't have any exp moving with a girl. I want to take some initiative however I don't have any enough guts when I find my kind of girl approaches. For rest of them, I treat them normal and will be normal with them. So I need some good advice from which I can overcome my drawback.

don't pretend you are something you are not. if you don't know any good literature, than just be honest and tell a girl about something you like, sports, music, ect...,and then ask her what she likes, then let her talk about her self. This will make her happy and you will find out a little about her. All girls really want is honesty, tell her about school if you go to school, if you work tell her alittle about work, also keep it positive, say something funny that happened, don't always talk about down stuff, although this might work at first, because women do like the sad depressed romantic type, after a while we get bored and will dump you because we do want a positive good guy deep down.

You don't need literature. All you need is the guts to talk to her & tell her how you feel if you see someone you're interested in.
