Pritzker Architecture Prize Winning Architect Has Been Commissioned To Design This Practically All Glass Building In Oceanfront Surfside, Florida- Does Anybody Have First Hand Knowledge If The Design Is Functional and Durable?

Glass buildings are generally both poor in function and durability. Additionally, heating and cooling bills tend to be higher and I would hate to be in a glass-walled building when the next hurricane hits.
