I think what this person meant to ask is not the size of breast and penis on one person, but rather the preffered breast size for women and penis size for the guy.. So both girls and guys can answer the question.. I really think so, and can't understand how almost everyone thought he's talking about a man with boobs!!!
As to answering the question, I have to say I really don't care as long as it's not too small or too big.

For penis size, I like them a little smaller becaue I am a small woman, and can not take it too big. But for breasts, I like somewhere from a B to a C cup.

I like my size penis, and breasts anywhere from B through D. DD is just too much and A is just not enough.

Im sorry its a little difficult for someone to anwser that question as I am a women and only have breast, no penis! But my breast size is 38D

its not about size...seriously its not ...because any size can be fun if the man knows what hes doing! its about experience not size
larger ones can cause damage to a womans vagina or ass and some can be very serious so they gotta be more careful
(remember..porn girls get paid to endure pain and make believe they are enjoying it)

Well I'm hoping it isn't all on one person, but I guess for breasts it should fit the person, you know not huge on a small girl but not flat?

I prefer that my husband does not have large breasts.
And I'm sure my husband is glad I have breasts & not a penis.
