What program is the easiest to use and what do pros use such as the people who make websites with high traffic, such as yaho.com, nascar.com and other very high profile websites. Is there something better than frontpage?

People who develop the look of high traffic sites probably don't resort to a visual tool at all. They work very precisely and economically to develop their template in a text editor, and then the site is largely generated through the template by a database - nobody at such a company literally makes web pages. There likely isn't a single ".htm" file anywhere on Yahoo's servers - its all dynamically generated off of base templates.

However, pros doing professional ecommerce sites might resort to Macromedia DreamWeaver MX from time to time. You will see professionals use that tool - but you'd never see them using FrontPage because of the code mangling, etc.
