Your age is against you for a serious office job. They won't let you around any type of equipment. I worked in a fast foods at that age. My cousin made beds for some local motels you might try asking someone for a maid position. You could take an add out in the paper for house cleaning if your so inclined. I did that at age 14. Took care of a house with a pool and vacumed and mowed the yard. That ways you get around all the labor laws and get cash. Yards are great money. Typing, I heard of one doctor hiring a gal for filing at your age. You almost have to "know someone" to get into that kind of position. Think who do you know. Maybe your mom or dad can come up with some friend that might be able to open a door for you to do something small that can lead to bigger and better foot in the door jobs.
Good luck, I think is is great that you want to work and are willing to try about anything you will go far. Stick with getting an education...that will really open doors for you.

That's right. Apply for jobs. You say you're looking for serious employers. This is not where they are. Look around your area in Attica for jobs. duh! You're 16 a summer job isn't difficult. Try a movie theater or book store. I have done both and it was fun.
