I do get my information from more than one source. Some of you have proved my point by attacking that I used a wrong word or called me an illigal alien when you could check my prof and see that i'm not (which proved, that person don't research before talking ) But if someone breaks into your house and kills your relatives do you go after them , yes you do, and that's what Bush did. The gas prices arn't controled by the government no matter what you believe.

Facts stand alone, on their own merit.
It is sometimes called truth.
Stretching the truth,
Is called lying.
Sometimes we do not listen to the truth,
because we don't want to hear it,

Interesting Facts that make you think a little:

There were 39 combat related killings in Iraq in January.
In the fair city of Detroit there were 35 murders in the
month of January. That's just one American city,
about as deadly as the entire war-torn country of Iraq.

When some claim that President Bush shouldn't
have started this war, note the following:

a. FDR led us into World War II.

b. Germany never attacked us; Japan did.
From 1941-1945, 450,000 lives were lost ...
an average of 112,500 per year .

c. Truman finished that war and started one in Korea.
North Korea never attacked us
From 1950-1953, 55,000 lives were lost .
an average of 18,334 per year.

d. John F. Kennedy started the Vietnam conflict in 1962.
Vietnam never attacked us

e. Johnson turned Vietnam into a quagmire.
From 1965-1975, 58,000 lives were lost ..
an average of 5,800 per year.

f. Clinton went to war in Bosnia without UN or French consent.
Bosnia never attacked us.
He was offered Osama bin Laden's head on a platter three times by Sudan and did nothing. Osama has attacked us on multiple occasions.

g. In the years since terrorists attacked us, President Bush has liberated two countries, crushed the Taliban, crippled al-Qaida, put nuclear inspectors in Libya , Iran, and North Korea without firing a shot, and captured a terrorist who slaughtered 300,000 of his own people.

The Democrats are complaining
about how long the war is taking.
But
It took less time to take Iraq than it took Janet Reno
to take the Branch Davidian compound. That was a 51-day operation.

We've been looking for evidence for chemical weapons in Iraq fo r less time than it took Hillary Clinton to find the Rose Law Firm billing records.

It took less time for the 3rd Infantry Division and the
Marines to destroy the Medina Republican Guard
than it took Ted Kennedy to call the police after his
Oldsmobile sank at Chappaquiddick

It took less time to take Iraq than it took
to count the votes in Florida!!!!

Our Commander-In-Chief is doing a GREAT JOB!
The Military morale is high!

The biased media hopes we are too ignorant
to realize the facts.

But Wait. There's more!

JOHN GLENN (ON THE SENATE FLOOR)
Mon, 26 Jan 2004 11:13

Some people still don't understand why military personnel do what they do for a living. This exchange between Senators John Glenn and Senator Howard Metzenbaum is worth reading. Not only is it a pretty impressive impromptu speech, but it's also a good example of one man's explanation of why men and women in the armed services do what they do for a living.

This IS a typical, though sad, example of what
some who have never served think of the military.

Senator Metzenbaum (speaking to Senator Glenn):
"How can you run for Senate when you've never held a real job?"

Senator Glenn (D-Ohio):
"I served 23 years in the United States Marine Corps.
I served through two wars. I flew 149 missions.
My plane was hit by anti-aircraft fire on 12 different
occasions. I was in the space program. It wasn't my checkbook, Howard, it was my life on the line. It was not a nine-to-five job, where I took my tie off to take the daily cash receipts to the bank."

"I ask you to go with me ... as I went the other day...
to a veterans' hospital and look those men ..
with their mangled bodies in the eye, and tell THEM
they didn't hold a job!

You go with me to the Space Program at NASA and go, as I have gone, to the widows and orphans
of Ed White, Gus Grissom , and Roger Chaffee...
and you look those kids in the eye and tell them
that their DADS didn't hold a job.

You go with me on Memorial Day , and you stand in Arlington National Cemetery, where I have more friends buried than I'd like to remember, and you watch those waving flags

You stand there, and you think about this nation, and you tell ME that those people didn't have a job?

What about you?"

For those who don't remember ..
During W.W.II, Howard Metzenbaum was an attorney representing the Communist Party in the USA.

Now he's a Senator!

If you can read this, thank a teacher.
If you are reading it in English thank a Veteran.

It might not be a bad idea to keep this circulating.
Good people sleep peaceably in their beds at night only because rough men stand ready to do violence on their behalf.

WHOA, WHOA, WHOA.
Listen buddy, I am predominately Democrat, and when I "bash" the president I know what the hell I'm talking about. you basically said people who "bash" the president are all bias, did you ever stop to think that somepeople don't like the president, or don't like the way he's running the country? Hmm, did you think of that? No you didn't. The election last year was an election between the lesser of two evils, I voted for Kerry, and maybe you sir are biased in your assumptions about Kerry.
Now as for my opinions on this, I know that gas prices ARE partially controlled by the government. The American government buys oil from outside soruces and then to make up for the money they have shelled out to buy the oil the American consumers are paying back the GOVERNMENT to pay the buyers, get your facts right. Oh yeah did I mention President Bush is running our Country into the ground. First of all, to get across a point learn to spell things right, or did you learn your abc's from our dear Gorgie? hmm yeah. Now, continuing my thoughts, it's not just economical reasons that people voted for Kerry, dumbshit it's also SOCIAL reasons, and this just infuriates me, okay Gay marriage- I believe in it and i'm a heterosexual, I believe love is love no matter what gender it is between, and the patriot act, oh don't even, well now that you've got me on a roll, the damn patriot act, now I have nothing to hide but it's the fact that our ******** president can find a loophole in the CONSTITUTION the thing that founded our very country, you should read it, it's quite an interesting document. Okay my opinions are obviously different from yours which are just as biased as anyone elses.

A very exciting idea. I do not honestly realize what so much conservatives believe in this challenge, I'm now not a conservative however allow me take a shot on the underlying framework of your query. "Who Bashes Bush"? First of direction, there's the query of should you separate rational but heated feedback from infantile identify-calling. The former might be official, the latter bashing. If you do this, then you definately ought to determine wherein to attract the road. In my brain, calling him a struggle-crook or calling for his impeachment isn't bashing, it's only very heated feedback. I'm no liberal and I've not ever honestly mentioned both of the ones matters however I can see how a rational character would, be they liberal or conservative. Calling for his execution or praying that he's assassinated, good, that moves me as bashing. For the list, I believe conservatives as good as liberals can each bash Pres. Bush, as good as rationally verify him in an excessively terrible manner. As a ways as probabilities, I'd ought to say that of those who bash him, liberals are more often than not within the majority however conservatives might make up way over one million%. After all, Bush is to the left of so much Democrats in phrases of immigration, if he would get his manner he'd more often than not push for open boarders. Then there's his lukewarm list on abortion, his neo-con international coverage, his significant-govt being the largest considering the fact that FDR, amongst different matters. Some of the ones problems, chiefly immigration and abortion, have a few very severe persons at the fringes. With all of that, you upload up the bashers, you're nearly confident a large minority of rough-middle conservatives. You may not listen "The Chimp in Chief" or "Village Idiot", however you'll listen phrases like "Judas" and "The Best Liberal Democratic President Ever". In different phrases, the language is unique however the bashing is the equal.

Bush bashers can't believe the truth for one simple reason. They aren't interested in the truth. Not that Bush has been perfect, mind you. The war on terror has been going well - yes for the lemmings who only listen to liberal mantra instead of digging into the facts. If Kerry would have done what he said (I know, which time, since he contradicted himself), Things would be worse. People here have complained about gasoline prices (like the President controls that) - and these are probably the same bozos who voted in the liberal extremists who are sold out to the marxist environmentalists. If we had already been drilling in ANWR or off shore, the oil supply would be greater, prices would be down, it really is that simple.

I say get rid of the "what if" scenario ok? We will never know what Kerry would have done because we don't have Kerry for a President. Get YOUR information from reliable sources ok?

And do not even BEGIN to think your idiot President is keeping us "safe". Terrorists are extremely patient and meticulous. Another attack will happen while Bush is President sure as hell. And this attack will be worse than 911

Also could you define truth for me. Seems yyou publicans never lie so exactly WHAT is the truth?

chukakabra, what color is the sky on your planet. All politicians stretch the truth but at least Kerry was in Vietnam as was I and Bush of course supported the war effort in the Texas National Guard, hooray. You blame Kerry for terrorism, the terrorism happened on Bush's watch, the wasted war in Iraq is on Bush's watch, the tremendous National debt is on Bush's watch, the spying on civilians is on Bush's watch, the $3.00 plus gallon of gas is on Bush's watch, lets see if there is anything else:

Vice President who makes money from the war and can't shoot

Ecological disaster pending if Bush gets to drill more offshore and in Alaska

The rich get richer

The poor population gets larger

Health care is non-existent

The biggest problem with George W. Bush is he cannot speak in conherent sentences, the man is actually stupid!!!

Of course the government is probably watching this forum and checking on me but at my age I could care less what they can do to me, but I certainly fear for my grandchildren if politicians like Bush and Cheney are allowed to have their way. George Orwell was right when he wrote 1984 he just had the year wrong, for Big Brother is watching you. Well maybe not you for you probably are an illegal alien and you have more rights then us citizens, which of course is happening on Bush's watch.

Good luck

YOU ARE A SPECIAL PEOPLE CONS

You supported bush, but in time, you will come to
realize how he targeted you for deception.

You were specially picked because of the attributes
you possess: fear, ignorance, arrogance, belligerence,
bigotry, and low self-esteem. Bush's political
strategists calculated that the people most easily
misled and controlled are the ones who fit your
profile, so they crafted their propaganda just for
you.

He got your support by making you feel better about
your personal flaws. He told you to wave the flag
because your bigotry is nothing be ashamed of, and to
thump the bible because your ignorance is a virtue.
You should cherish your hatefulness and
small-mindedness as they are family values. You are
not society's rejects, but rather, you are higher on
the ladder than certain other people. Right-wing radio
points them out so that you know who to hate to feel
better about yourself.

He feeds you crap about "imminent threat",
"patriotism", "spreading freedom", and "flowers and
candy". He's only tossing you a bone because he knows
he's going to be asking you for a hefty sacrifice
soon. He repeats meaningless, mind-numbing platitudes
like "Freedom is not free!" and "We're fighting them
there so we don't have to fight them here!" You fell
for it.

By now, it should be apparent that the invasion of
Iraq was a shameless oil grab. We're there because the
rich, powerful, and greedy of this country, people who
you have nothing to do with, want to control that part
of the world's oil resources for decades to come, and
they're using your tax dollars and your children's
blood to do it. Over a hundred thousand people,
American and Iraqi, are dead because of it, and the
depleted uranium left behind will ensure that tens of
thousands more die afterwards. You call that
liberation? Not even that many people died when Saddam
Hussein tried to grab Kuwait's oil fields years ago.

Yes, you are a special people, cons. You do not
possess patriotism, a love of America, or any of those
high-minded ideals as you would like to believe. You
possess the qualities that allowed bush to hijack your
free will to do his bidding. You were used, and he did
it by playing to the personal shortcomings that most
people try to hide. Like Samuel L. Jackson's character
at the end of the movie Unbreakable, you become aware,
only after the fact, of the disgraceful role that you
were destined to play. You will come to realize that
you are history's bad guy. Like the McCarthyites or
the brownshirts, you will serve both as a symbol of
shame and a warning to future generations. You truly
are a special people.GOD HELP US ALL,AND AMERICA.

How many lies has Bush been caught in. I do not know how you can come to the conclusion that Kerry would have been worse then the appointed one. Lets see Dude goes in the air guard to avoid combat. Doesn't even finish that. Is an admitted drunk and coke snorter. Yes his morals are really great, then with the help of his brother he steals an election real upstart fellow. In my opinion anybody would have been better then Bush.

* You wrongly assume your that you have the absolute truth.
*Your making claims that are opinions and not facts. Arguing an opinon isn't worth my time right now.
*By claiming that the opposition has biased sources, you are suggesting that the propaganda you hear is absolute truth.

Try this http://www.mediamatters.org

*You attack a former Presidential canadate without facts or reliable sources but instead with opinion, an uninformed opinion by the way.
*You echo the talking points without really researching any possible contraty information.
To answer your question, the truth in front of us is the primary reason we bash, because he has violated the constitution, fact, and lied to our nation debated fact, is complacent in the outing of a CIA NOC fact.

and that is why i have reached the conclusion you are a Dumb F##k, this is only an opinion.
