Vegas Gondoals.......?

Question

Not the ones at the Venetian but has anyone ever been on the ones at Lake Las Vegas?? Thinking of popping the question there...any suggestions....or other ideas??

The gondolas at Lake Las Vegas are quite lovely and the scenery is hard to beat. The only downside is that they are quite expensive (figure a couple of hundred dollars for a one hour trip around the lake). If that's within your budget that's a terrific place to pop the question. Go pop the question in front of the Fountains at Bellagios and be sure to wait for a good tune, like a Frank Sinatra one or Pavarotti.

I saw on the travel channel that at the restaurant in the Eiffel Tower, you can give the ring to the chef's and they have this dessert that they put it in! The ring sits on the dessert and is topped by this sugary dome thing. It is supposed to be a very fancy, romantic place with gorgeous vies of the strip...Bellagio fountains and such. It looked great on the show.

never heard of it but I've been to Vegas many time I wanted my hubby to do it at Freemont st it where they have the light show ever night on the hour in the middle of freemont street is a yellow brick road kind thing (you know at the beginning of the move the 2 colors mix and spin each other) start at the begging of one of the colors on the outside then when you get inside get down on one knee and propose. she'll think its romantical cause you did it in front of all those people in such a cute way.

on the eiffel tower - you can watch the fountains at bellagio - i'm not sure if you can hear the music in the restaurant - but on top you can see and hear it very well - it might be even better at the edge of the Bellagio lagoon.
