He caused the problem in Iraq. Iraq has the oil to pay for the rebuilding. New Orleans will be in the same situation in a few years after another hurricane.

Bush wants more oil. However so, Bush is also rebuilding New Orleans. Check you'r facts before you ask.

Presidents don't rebuild cities. Real estate companies do, and nobody is interested in that swamp. You notice Florida has no problem being rebuilt after numerous hurricanes. Experts claim New Orleans is sinking. It will only be destroyed again in the near future. Who wants to invest in that?

because this country cares more about other countires, instead of helping the poor, hurt hungry and lobless people, they woudl rather rebuild iraq . . .its like baltimore, baltimore spent half a millon for some random guy to come in and make a catch phrase for the city, with ahalf mil they couldve got all the homless off the streets, or helped many needy families, so instead some a hole is set up ina nicer hosue drinking expensive champange

Because he cares more about making his family a few more gazillion dollars from all that stolen Iraqi oil than he does about poor people in New Orleans who probably never voted for him in the first place...

Perhaps he would rather waste money on a highly pointless war instead of rebuilding a lovely U.S. city that had havoc wreaked on it. :|
