ok, im going to have a shoot out. should i use class IV or class V kevlar...also, i would like to know if you recomend ceramic plates. and btw...m16 with drum mag., or m249 saw?

It's a question of what armament your opponent is likely to use. Armour ratings usually are compiled that way, is he using rhino's, teflon, armour piercing, etc.? What caliber weapon, what length of barrel, etc?
If you can know that, then you should be able to choose the appropriate armour.
For my armour I use the girdle of Truth, The Breastplate if Righteousness, the helmet of the hope of Salvation, the Boots of the preparation of the gospel of peace. The shield of Faith is a necessary Item, as is the Word of God, should I need instruction or am led to slice 'em up.
I recommend it.
