I did repetitive lifting at work. My elbows hurt so bad by the end of my shift I couldn't lift anything, I would drop it. First had cortisone shot, therapy eventually surgery to repair the tendons. Get checked out. I was told that I will have permanent damage. Surgery is the last resort, try other options, stop lifitng as much as you can.

Most likely a tendon. I get that too sometimes because I do a lot of heavy lifting at work. I just take ibuprophen if it hurts too badly.

wow i have some of the same problems and i found out it was my bones! i was not getting enough calcium and the weather was playing a role in my physical health as well. they say the weather has nothing to do with it but it does. if its hot or cold, dress properly to protect yourself, this leads to R. Arthritis, and other bone issues.(YUK)
