Why or why not? Why do black males take advantage of white females? and why do white females let them?

I am a white female and I have dated black men before. I am married to a wonderful man right now and he is Asian. I have dated white men and hispanics. I personally see no problem with interracial coupling. I did growing up because of my dad. But, when I grew up I realized that color and race did not matter, what matters is on the inside. And I do not think that ALL black men take advantage of women( white or whatever) and I do not think that ALL women ( white or whatever) LET men ( black or whatever) take advantage of them. Be careful about lumping people together. You will no doubt be slammed if you do. God bless you and have a great night!

I am a white female, almost 39. I am happily married now, but I have met black men that I would definitely date if I was single. Why? For the same reasons I would date any guy I found physically and intellectually attractive with a nice personality.
As for the situation you describe, that happens in relationships that aren't interracial, too. My answer is pretty simple. People take advantage of you if you let them. So never give more than you can give without resentment. And, some people "let" others take advantage of them and continue the relationships because they haven't learned or don't want to be accountable for their choices. Sad, very very sad, but true.

I'm a white female and no I wouldn't date a black male. I don't date out of my race. This is just a preference. I have nothing against black males I just don't date them. Not sure about the topic of black males taking advantage of white females though.

It's a generalization to say black men take advantage of white women, are you saying they do so more than white males? Are you saying white women don't let white men take advantage of them?
I'm sorry but your question is racially prejudiced. If you like someone then skin color doesn't make a difference.

I don't see why black/white/asian/whatever would even come into the picture. I'm a girl, he's a guy. Period.
On the subject of being taken advantage of, well, if a woman gets taken advantage of, it's her fault. I can't say that a black man is more likely to take advantage of a woman than a white man because every individual is different. Generalizations like that only hurt, not help with acceptance of everyone.

I do date black males, and black men do not take advantage of white females! We all have choices and preferences. I find black men very attractive! Race has nothing to do with men taking advantage of anyone! Why would you think something like that?
There are all types of men and they are all races. Men are men. Please don't stereotype or put labels on people because of their race! This is what keeps our world in a mess!

I am half black and half Italian, I go with men of all colors but alot of the attractivness to me is their bodies. Alot of black men are more in shape and I find them to be "larger" but I do not find them to take advantage of me but then again I cant answer for everybody. Just like I cannot say all black men are in better shape or larger, just the ones I choose to go with. I do not think any of us can judge a whole race.

Black woman here, yeah I date Black men and I am strong enough to date whoever I please, no one takes advantage of a person unless they are permitted to. Now if you fall for the oakydoke story that men give you (not just Black men) then you are bound to be taken advantage of. Now if you are constantly getting taken advantage of it's because you keep attracting the same kinda man. It's wrong that men take advantage of you, it's worse that you permit it.
