Unfortunately both parents are in heaven, but my father, was more understanding, I knew he loved me dearly, he was a great father. My mother was very caring and loving, so when they were living I guess I'd have to say both. I know you said if they were living, but they still mattered at the time

Mom! I'm with her more! I love them the same though. I think it is just natural for a daughter to be closer to her mother!

I was very close to my Mother, I wish so often to have another conversation with her. I would hang on every word, and take to heart everything she ever said to me. If it were not for her, I would never have been the good Wife and Mother I became. Enjoy every moment you have with those you love and don't argue over stupid stuff that just does not matter!

I think I am closer with my dad, because he doesn't lecture me every second of the day. Not that he doesn't lecture me, it's just not a constant buzz in my ear like my mom.
