I have no experience in this area. Castration is too extreme and I doubt doctors will perform this just so you can be sterile. Castration is done for patients who have advanced testicular cancer or advanced prostrate cancer.

I have posted links to WebMD that provide information to your questions. They do a better job than I ever could at explaining this.

Vasectomies can go v. wrong, I heard of a case where the guy would have been better off using a bread knife on himself. I'm talking years of corrective surgery and agony.

Vasectomy.

Sperm production is still on. You are just disrupting the supply line. It can be restored if the need arises.

Testicular damage (not vasectomy) deprives you of male hormones. Turns you into a fag*got.

I need to call the urologist to get a vasectomy. It is an outpaient surgery and you get to walk funny for a couple of days. I have two friends who got it done recently and I am not looking forward to it.

Vasectomy? The question for you to think about is why do you want to mutilate a perfectly healthy organ in your body?
