I'm looking to get a butterfly tatoo, but somehow would like to make the butterfly 'wear' a tiara. (the tattoo signifies me finally being free, the tiara shows that im a princess - my fiancee calls me that.)

the best thing I can suggest is to make an appointment at a good tatt shop and talk with the artist. One of my newer ones was designed by the artist. I went in with what I thought I wanted but after he drew it up for me and I could actually see it, I hated it! But then he came up with something based on that idea and I love it. So work with the artist. You may need to pay a deposit but it goes to the final cost.

I really have no idea on this one, but picturing it in my head, it sounds like if you tilt the tiara slightly over the "head" of the butterfly it might look cute. I hope that helps...

the best best idea is to go to a local tattoo store or the one u are going to get it at and sit down with an artist and he will come up with the best drawings and ideas ever! they also have books with alottttttt of pics! to get ideas from! good luck!
