If we meet by accident, he avoids me. I wanted to talk to him but I am also hesitant.

If he is avoiding you then there is no need to talk to him, either he's hurt or he just doesn't want anything to do with you right now. Give it some time like a couple of months with no contact, accident meetings or anything else and then see how things goes. Start off with letting him make the first move if he doesn't then you'll know that he has or he's at least trying to move on. Then you do the same, don't waste your time sitting around thinking about him, I know it's hard to let go sometimes but sometimes you just have to for your own sake.

Well if he only avoids you when you meet by accident and not when you plan it then he is....he might feel that he can play you and make you think you arn't and just be trying to sleep with you if you took it to that point.

Him avoiding you when you "bump" into each other is a sure sign he's either moved on or doesn't want to be bothered. save yourself the heartache and try to move on - that ship has sailed.

if he avoids you when he sees you he isnt over you. thats a sign of him being afraid that if he sees you YOU may have moved on and hes not ready for that just yet. try calling him casually just to talk, it couldnt hurt. and you may find out your answer by the way he talks to you.

Just talk to him and ask him if he still has feelings for you. Be honest with him and ask him to be honest with you. Then you will know for sure if he wants you back or he is moving on.
