Because he cant have any. He has to adopt and he doesn't want the public to know he cant. I use to work at Radio City Music Hall in N.Y. I had the chance to know alot of stars. But another reason he doesnt is because he has seen what its done to some close friends who have alot of money and when thier partner leaves them they have to part with alot of money. Jay-Z doesnt want to part from any of his money then what he already has to dish out.

A lot of people don't want to have kids. It's an 18+ year obligation that completely changes your life. I don't think it's selfish not to have kids, either. Better to recognize that you'd rather not have kids than to have children and then resent that you can't take trips because you have to worry about paying for their college.
