People get a life.If there wasn't such good safety equipment and he got hurt I would not be joking about. It was funny that not only did he wreck his car he damaged the wall.

I swear people have no sense of humor.Of course I knew he was okay before I joked about.I'm not on here making fun of Tony Stewart because he was hurt. Not a big fan of his either.
I am sorry anyone who is a Nascar Fan enjoys the wrecks. It's all a part of the sport.

I didn't "Enjoy" seeing that, but the TV crews really dropped the ball on that one. They had only 2 camera angles of the crash and both were really bad. None of them showed the fact that the car got about 6 feet in the air when it came across the infield and almost flipped over before returning to the track and slammed the barrier with the left side. I'm trying to find someone that has a picture that shows it better.

yes, anyone who watches racing saw it. it was a hell of a lick, and than god for the safety equipment b/c he was able to get up, walk out, inspect his brakes, and will be back next week.
true fans don't mind seeing a wreck. they'll tell ya wrecks are fun, but what they really love to see is a driver pull down the net, climb out of the car and give the "i'm alright" wave to the crowd. and seriously, those who do the.. "i hate that guy so much.. i'm glad he hit the wall" has some serious issues. i mean, how do you hate a guy so much, esp one that you have probably never met, that you want his life in danger and want him to hit the wall at 200mph.. yeah, not cool.. i mean, sure i love to see my least favorite driver get his front or back smashed up enough to screw up aerodynamics and suck at the race..but not ever to the point where injury is a possibility.

I thought the wreck was amazing. The whole front left of the car was sheared off. Thankfully they have great safety equipment. As a fan of Hedrick Motorsports, I dislike Jeff as a racer but was glad to see him walk away from the crash. As far as others desiring it being "rat-faced" Kyle, I'd have preferred to see it be Tony "whiner" Stewart or "it wasn't my fault" Dale Jr. instead.

Just my 2 cents.

No. I really dislike Jeff, but I don't like seeing anybody get in that bad of a crash. I'm happy if he spins out or blows an engine or something, but that was a really hard hit. It was kinda scary to watch. But he didn't get hurt, so i am happy because he is out of the top 10. I didn't enjoy watching it, but I was happy about the whole thing when I saw that he was ok.

Honestly, I think that it's kind of rude. Sorry, but you should never get happy about someone wrecking, especially if it's that bad. Damaging the wall, think about it, that's a pretty hard hit. But, ya know, if you want to be happy about it, fine. As long as I don't have to be.

I may not like Gordon, but I didn't enjoy seeing him hit the wall that hard... I'm glad all the safety equipment worked well.

NO not at all. I DONT enjoy watching ANY driver potentially get HURT. that was a scary crash//one of Gordons worst ever. Fan of Gordon or not........

any true NASCAR fan shouldnt get a kick out of crashes like that. of course its all part of racing, but CHEERING or getting excited about a crash like that...(especially when you dont know if hes OK) is just plain SICK.

all i have to say is: Thank God he's OK.
