There are a couple of sites online that have fashion stencils. You might want to ask an adult you know, that knows how to sew, to teach you to measure and sew. My grandma taught me and I would think it'd be easier to learn one-on-one than in a class.
I wish my class had a plan like that; I'll be lucky if we ever even get a sewing or pattern-making class!
It sounds like you really do want to get into the fashion business, and when you mentioned that you liked to buy clothes it made me think that you also might want to consider a career in fashion buying for the companies.

You could take a fashion drawing course, see if one is offered in your area.

As for drawing, you don't have to be a great drawer, look up pictures and find an easy style of fashion drawing and copy that until you have the hang of it. You could also use stencils (Although when you go to fashion school you'll need to be able to draw without them.)

Yeah, you can look for local art classes or ask your teaher.P.S. You don't always have to draw. There are software programs so you can still design, but without the drawing.

You don't have to draw for yourself maybe you could ask a good drawer in your class to be a partner with you. If not maybe there is a computer program that will help you.
