Well my ex and I broke up in January and we still talk once in a while, well I still have feelings for her and I really want to tell her, but the thing thats stopping me is that she has a boyfriend, but i do want to tell her on how I feel about her. Should I tell her how I feel about her and if I should tell her how can I tell her?

First, you have to figure why you broke up. If that is still an issue, you have to get it resolved. You can't expect your marriage to go on, if what broke it up still exists. It is a little more complicated that your simply telling her you still care. She can still care too, but not want you back, because the issues are still there..... Does this help?

Honey do you really want to get hurt all over again. I mean she has a boyfriend, move on its not easy but you'll get there.
Best advice I can tell you follow your heart. you can let her know and then just see what happens. But you need to move on. Ask her though just so you wont spend your life wondering what if? Ok. You'll be ok. Just do it, get your answer and move on.

Of course you should tell her the way you feel, even if she is with another guy. It may surprise you to know that she may be feeling the same way. Telling her couldn't and wouldn't hurt.

she has a boyfriend. key phrase. no, you should not tell her. it will result in chaos either way. either 1) she'll cheat on her bf and just piss him off...to hurt you. 2) you'll lose your friendship with her...there were more but i suddenly went blank. lol. trust me though. dont' say anything. wait till she's single. it's not fair to her if you tell her now.
