Okay- My ex told me to unplug my car battery to install new spark plug wires. Well, now my car sterio is asking for a code. My car does not have ANY records of the code (having me buy it used from a dealer that's now bankrupt!!.) How do I take out the sterio(Car manuel not enough detailed) and or where could I find a way to get the darn code? --> 2000 Honda Civic DX

You have to remove the radio and get the serial # from the radio. Stop in at any Honda dealer with proof of ownership and they can get the code for you. Not sure how to remove the radio, but I do know the code can be gotten. Contact me with the serial # of the radio, Type of car, Year and I can get the code for you from my Vendor.

first off the code might be printed in the back of the owners manual. secondly if you can take proof of owner ship to a honda dealer they usual can get the code for it. or u can goto a best buy or some other place a buy an aftermarked sterio.
